Do you offer refunds?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to My Account and turn off renewal for the plugin you want to cancel. Do this before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.

How do I request a refund?

Contact our support team with your order number within 14 days of purchase. We'll review your request and get back to you as quickly as we can.
